These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ocean Lanka Diving website and services (collectively, the “Platform”). 1. Acceptance of Terms

Ocean Lanka Diving reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. 2. Use of the Platform

Our website allows you to browse, inquire about, and book diving and related ocean activities offered by Ocean Lanka Diving in Kalpitiya, Sri Lanka.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful and personal purposes. You must not:

• Use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the website content without written permission.

• Interfere with the functionality or security of the Platform (e.g., by introducing viruses or malicious code).

3. Bookings and Payments

When you make a booking through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Please note: Ocean Lanka Diving does not require online payments at the time of booking.
All payments can be made in person upon arrival at our diving center in Kalpitiya. Prices listed on the website are provided in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and may be subject to local taxes or changes without prior notice.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 1 day before your scheduled activity.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may not be accepted.

• No-shows without prior notice may result in loss of booking privileges for future reservations.
  Ocean Lanka Diving reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will do our best to accommodate you on an alternative date or activity.

5. Participant Responsibility

All participants are responsible for ensuring they meet the health and safety requirements for diving and related activities. You must follow all instructions provided by our professional dive instructors and staff. Ocean Lanka Diving is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines or instructions.

6. User Content

You may choose to share reviews, photos, or feedback related to your experience. By submitting such content, you grant Ocean Lanka Diving a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your content on our website and marketing materials.
You are responsible for ensuring your submissions do not infringe on others’ rights or contain inappropriate material.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, images, logos, and videos — is the property of Ocean Lanka Diving or its licensors and is protected under copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
